Repair Process

1. Prepare estimate - Our experienced Estimators assess the damage caused by the collision and prepares an estimate. You may already have a preliminary estimate from your insurance company. Present your insurance estimate when you meet with our estimator.

2. Written Authorization must be given by you, the vehicle owner, before any repairs can begin.

3. The insurance company issues approval to order parts and begin repair.

4. When parts have arrived we will schedule your vehicle for repair and help you set up a rental vehicle. We will also set an estimated completion date of your repair. If your vehicle has been towed to our repair facility it will be available to begin repairs immediately.

5. The repair begins with disassembly and re-inspection. The outer panels are removed and physical structure of the vehicle is inspected for any hidden damage the may have not been apparent during the preliminary estimate. Additional damage may delay repair time.

6. Supplemental damage is then reported to the insurance company and approved before we can continue repair. Additional parts may need to be ordered etc.

7. We will contact you with an update on the progress of your vehicles repair. Should anything affect the original completion date we originally gave you, we will let you know and tell you why.

8. Our technicians will now begin structural and body repairs.  All repairs require some degree of cosmetic repair as well as replacement of factory panels. We check for proper fit and alignment to ensure your vehicles parts fit and align the way they should.

9. After all metal work is done. All systems are checked for proper functioning. Resetting of your safety systems, involving any passive restraint or air bag systems and all mechanical functions.

10. Vehicle is prepped, primed and blocked. Vehicle is masked, taped and placed in the paint booth. We carefully mask your vehicle to protect it from overspray. Only the area that needs to be refinished is left uncovered.

11. Most of today’s vehicles are coated with what is known as basecoat/clear coat  refinish system. All systems involve several application steps to ensure a quality finish. We only use refinish products that meet or exceed original manufactures specifications and are backed by a lifetime paint performance guarantee.

12. Reassembly, wheel alignment, air conditioning, detailing, final inspection, and test drive. Your car will undergo a thorough cleaning and inspection prior to delivery to you.

13. We will contact you when your vehicle is complete to arrange pickup or delivery convenient to your schedule.
